Legal Description: The South One-Half of the Northwest Quarter (S1/2 NW1/4) Section 16, Township 93 North, Range 47 West of the 5th P.M., Plymouth County, Iowa. Subject to all public easements and roadways of record.


General description: According to the Plymouth County Assessor, this property contains 80.0 ± gross acres.
