Method of Sale: Tract 1 will be sold in total dollars. Tract 2 will be sold with the final bid x gross surveyed acres. Auction will be held at the site of Tract 1.

 

Possession: Possession will be on closing day on Tract 1 and on March 1, 2021 on Tract 2. Early Possession of the cattle facilities (Tract 1) is available with the signing of an interim early occupancy agreement and acceptance of interim occupancy agreement terms. The Home will not be available until closing date.

 

Terms: Purchaser (s) will be required to pay a non-refundable 15% of the purchase price as earnest money deposit on each parcel sold, and also agree to enter into a purchase agreement immediately following the auction with the remaining balance due and payable on closing day on or before January 19, 2021 when the buyer shall receive a clear and merchantable title to the property.
